How does the engagement start?

Most relationships begin with a 30-minute discovery call to understand your goals, current challenges, and timeline. We’ll explore the best way to structure our work—whether through consulting, coaching, or a blended model—and ensure it’s tailored to your needs. From there, we’ll build a working cadence that fits your schedule and priorities. 

Is our work confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is foundational to this work. Whether you're a founder, investor, or executive, you can expect the same level of discretion and trust you'd find with your closest advisors.

How is executive coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We don’t diagnose or treat clinical issues—instead, we focus on mindset, leadership, strategy, and performance.

If therapy helps you understand why you think and feel the way you do, coaching helps you decide what to do next, and how to do it well.

How long do we work together?

It depends on your goals. Some leaders prefer short-term engagements to tackle a specific challenge; others value ongoing partnership over many months or years. In our discovery call, we’ll co-design the structure that best serves you.

Do you offer workshops or group experiences?

Yes. Custom sessions for leadership teams, offsites, and cohorts are available upon request.
