She's led go-to-market strategy, executed board-level growth plans, overseen strategic hiring, and played a key role in a successful company exit. She also had the foresight to step away from an organization that lacked alignment: sharpening her instinct for sustainable leadership and operational truth.

She's known for her ability to navigate complexity, lead cross-functional efforts, design from the ground up, and bring clarity to chaos—especially in high-stakes, high-growth environments.
